Start with your normal cleansing routine once the skin is clean apply your favourite ProSpa moisturiser or facial serum. Using soft pressure work from the top of your face downwards, from the inside out in an upward motion on. Wash your tools with warm water and soap. Repeat this practice 2 to 3 times a week.
