File your nails to the desired shape and buff to leave nails clean but slightly rough (this will allow the gel polish to really stick to the surface of your nails). Push back your cuticles, trimming if necessary. Remove any debris and clean your nails before beginning the application stage.Apply a thin layer of ProSpa Foundation Coat to your nails and cure under a UV/LED lamp for 90 seconds.Apply the colour gel Apply 1st thin layer of colour gel polish to nails and cure for 60 seconds. Repeat process a further 2 times, finish off with a layer of top coat and cure under UV/LED lamp for 90 seconds. Use ProSpa Prep and Wipe to ensure sticky residue is totally eliminated.
